Guest Beer
At WOBFest we are keen to celebrate local breweries: all the ales listed above come from within 30 miles of Oxford.
However, in honour of the great pub tradition, we also have a "guest beer" from outside the locality.
We have chosen Butcombe Brewery from North Somerset. A friend of WOBFest is coming up to our event from that neck of the woods,
so is making a minor detour to pick up a supply of "Butcombe Bitter".
We hope you make our Guest feel very welcome.
Butcombe Bitter
Butcombe Brewery
Pure Mendip spring water imparts a distinctive clean taste.
Purists may wish to note that, because of limitations with setup time and the small size of
WOBFest, the beer is bought in bright in Polypins. But it is still very tasty!
